These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AnythingKart Platform operated by Parveen Kumar, doing business as AnythingKart. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
Users must be of the age of majority in their respective state of residence and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Use of the Platform for any unauthorised, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
2. Marketplace Catalogue Structure
The catalogue is organised across two commercial tiers: a premium asset tier (curated for affluent consumer segments) and a baseline commodity structure. AnythingKart operates as an intermediary marketplace facilitating transactions between independent sellers and buyers.
3. Pricing, Slabs & Dynamic Adjustments
Prices, including dynamic volume-tier slabs (e.g., Buy 3 / Buy 5), reflect current inventory states and are highly dynamic. AnythingKart reserves the absolute right to vary, correct, or adjust any displayed price at any time prior to checkout execution. The price binding on a transaction is the price confirmed at the moment of successful payment.
4. Checkout Inventory Reservation
Initiating a live checkout routine (opening a JusPay payment session) triggers a 15-minute temporary inventory reservation lock. If the session fails or expires, the reserved stock is automatically restored to the public inventory array to prevent over-selling.
5. Anti-Fraud & Device Integrity
Multi-account registration, device spoofing, or hardware-token manipulation to claim onboarding rewards, first-order incentives, or affiliate loops will trigger device-fingerprint profiling and may result in a permanent platform hardware block, at AnythingKart’s sole discretion, subject to a reasonable appeal to our Grievance Officer.
6. Persistent COD Refusal
Where a device footprint or user account refuses, rejects, or cancels Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments two (2) or more times at the doorstep, the system shall permanently disable COD for that hardware profile.
7. Post-Dispatch Address Freeze
Delivery address alterations are irrevocably locked once a sub-order transitions to “Label Generated” or “Dispatched”.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnythingKart, its directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liablefor any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform. AnythingKart’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to such claim. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, save as mandated by applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnythingKart and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) misuse of the Platform.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hisar / Bhiwani, Haryana, to the exclusion of all other courts.
11. Amendments & Severability
AnythingKart may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
